How do I book my shed to be built?
Call us, email us, or book through our scheduling app. We are here for you. Furthermore by using our 3D Shed Designer your can customize your shed and have the option to book the build. We will contact you a week before your build to confirm details and conduct a site visit if necessary.
How do I get a quote?
Similar to booking you are free to contact us through call, email or schedule a site visit through our scheduling app. Through our 3D Shed Designer you can submit your design and we will contact you with a formal quote.
Do you offer a warranty?
We warranty all our work to be free of build defects for 5 years. We are a local company and take pride in the integrity of our work. We stand by our craftsmanship and will do everything within reason to take care of our customers.
How do I choose my paint color?
If you have the color code we can match it. If we do an on-site visit our technician can gather the sample from you or it can be as simple as emailing us a picture of the color card.
Can I choose a different trim color than white?
Yes, you can request a custom trim from either treated wood or cut to design SmartBoard which can be painted to the color of your choice. The trim we typically use is a quality PVC trim that will last a lifetime that is why we use it but it CAN NOT be painted.
Are the sheds pre-fab?
No, each one of our sheds are built from the ground up. No assembly lines here. We do pre build certain features at our local shop in Lincolnton, NC in an effort to spend less time in your yard. Construction is noisy and the less time we can spend inconveniencing our customers the better.
Is there a deposit require?
We typically do not require a deposit. Certain circumstances may require deposit such as large builds or uncommon paint colors.
What payment types are accepted?
Our accepted payment types are check cash or credit card. Payment will be due upon completion of the build. Credit cards will require an additional 3% surcharge to cover the transaction fees.
Is there a charge for an on-site consultation?
Quotes and site visits are free.
Do you offer financing?
We offer resources for you to apply for home improvement loans but we do not offer financing directly. We do however accept credit cards.
